I do not start with a tool. I start by understanding the environment, the risks and the business goal. Only then do I design a solution that can be maintained, explained and recovered.

I lead every project personally as its architect. Depending on its scope, we bring together the expertise required for the work.

I establish what works, where the weak points are and which risks actually matter.

The architecture is tailored to requirements, constraints and the client’s responsibilities.

03. Implementation

Changes are introduced in a controlled way, with testing and deliberate rollback points.

04. Documentation

Decisions, configurations and procedures are recorded so that knowledge does not remain in one person’s head.

05. Operations

The environment should remain understandable, current and prepared for change or recovery.
