Bringing order to an established IT environment
Problem
Documentation, historic decisions and the current environment state did not form one reliable picture of dependencies and risks.
Scope
Environment analysis, architectural alignment, identification of constraints, operational documentation and controlled change.
Outcome
Documented dependencies, identified risks, an up-to-date operational baseline and a foundation for safe further development.
The environment operates in production. Further work covers validation, monitoring, testing and improving the level of protection.

Preparing a controlled environment rebuild
Starting point
A planned environment rebuild requires rollback readiness, analysis, testing and phased decision-making.
Method
The work starts by securing a rollback point and verifying the fundamentals before subsequent changes.
Goal
A more stable architecture and safe migration of the working environment. Implementation outcomes are not yet communicated.
